Q: PCOS and periods

i have polycystic ovary syndrome (pcos) so i have always had bad periods but this last one is worse then most. my nipples have been sore for about a week before and still are (im on my period now) i get nauseous and throw up and the cramps are killing me. what can i do? i cant get on birth control cuz my husband and i are trying for a baby. please if you have any ideas i will try them all

Try invitro Fertilisation
Try egg harvesting and let someone be your surrogate parent.
