I am 26 and have known I have PCOS for about 4 yrs. My periods have always been irregular. My husband is almost 29 and we just found out that he has a low sperm count and motility isn't great either. We've been married for 5yrs. and have NEVER taken any precautions to not get pregnant.

I'm honestly really scared right now. Can it still happen for us??? I will start clomid later this month...I have read about different outcomes for people in different scenarios. Anyone in the same situation as me??? Any success stories out there??? Please tell me there's some hope...I'm desperate to be a mother... Crying or Very sad

Extremely eHealthy
Please remember there is adoption (I noticed you said 'mother' instead of 'pregnant')

I wish I could give you a success story, but all I can give is a BEST OF LUCK!

PCOS and Celiac Disease
Have a blood test for celiac disease. There is a definite link and a modified diet can lead to pregnancy. Furthermore, folinic acid (not folic acid) may help. Folinic acid is a methylated version of folic acid and is the form utilized by the body. If conversion from folic acid to folinic doesn't occur the body is in a deficiency. This deficiency is a mitochondrial deficiency and can lead to PCOS, depression, fatigue, to name a few.
