Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Most common cause for PCOS is insulin resistance, so the use of insulin modifiers and hormonal contraceptive pills usually helps with treating the symptoms and regulating periods. Be in regular follow-up with your gynecologist and report any unusual/new symptoms immediately. Once PCOD changes are under control, ovulation inducers can be started to help you have more than 1 egg released from ovary to increase your pregnancy chances. Try with fixing appointment with gynecologists in Fortis or Columbia Asia hospital for further evaluation and assistance. Be in regular follow-up with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician.
Take care.
