Q: pco and trying to conceive

my age is 24 and i have pco my cycle length is 31 days during the first two days the flow is heavy i m using clomid 100 mg daily first two month and 150mg for the third and glucophage one tablet at night since the last three months and thyroxine 50 mcg since the last month.my FSH LH PROLACTIN SERUM T4 &SERUM TSH are within the reference values. what are chances of getting pregnant
