I need some advice. I slept with girl who had recently split up from her b/f after finding out he had cheating on her. I slept with her on the 07/09/08, her l/m/p was 22/08/08. She has a 28 day cycle and she told me that her fertile days were from the 1st-5th of september by using an ovulation calander. I know her fertile dates can vary because of the pill and other things. She had been on the pill but had been missing a few the month before and the first week of her new packet so we used a condom (it didn't split or slip off - i checked). Then she found out she was pregnant and went back to her ex b/f. She had a scan that dated the estimated conception at 29/08/09. If the scan was correct I think I'm right that the baby isnt mine. She admitted to me that she did have unprotected sex with her ex a few times while she was first seeing me (27/08/08, 30/08/08 and 3/09/08 and even the day after me on the 08/09/0. I know I was sensible, but I am still worried. Could I be the father despite all this.
