Ok, i had sex with this guy that I was seeing on and off for about a month. We only had sex once on may 16th. i had my period that lasted from may 18 till may 22nd. Then, i met my now husband and had sex with him on may 31st. i had a period or maybe spotting? from june 9th till the 13th. Took a doctors urine pregnancy test on june 16th that came out negative. i had my ultrasound on october 8th. it determined that i was 16 weeks and 5 days or 17 weeks and one day. lately i've been thinking that it might not be my husband's baby. my due date according to the doctor's is march 20th 2010. i m desperate to know who the father is. I need help. i'm pretty depressed and thinking about telling my husband, so we can have a paternity test. I don't want to break his heart, but this is killing me.

It is time to take a big sigh of relieve. It is not the other guy's baby.

* You had sex with him during your infertile window.
* You had a 5 day period after you had sex with him.

Your due date puts your conception date at around June 27. That will mean sex between June 22 and June 28 got you pregnant.

i see, thank you. it's just that my ultrasound has me confused because it stated on october 8th that i was 16weeks and 5 days preg or 17w and 1 day. So, I counted back and thought maybe the conception date was around june 9th or the 13th. I know i m being paranoid, but I also heard that u/s can be off for about two weeks. I think your answer is right though, plus I used protection(comdom) when i had sex with the first guy. It's just that the ultrasound is confusing me.

Prenatal paternity test
I have not had sex for five months and the had sex with this guy who used condom. Clearly something went wrong cos I am now five weeks pregnant, and had not had sex with any one since. He appears to be disputing it, and we agreed to conduct prenatal paternity test. What is the best and safest most economical test for this? Any ideas out there? Please help.
