Q: patch birth control & menstruation

If i was on the patch birthcontrol last month only for a month would they be a chance that i wont get my menstrual period this month? i did three pregnancy tests and they were negative i've been 2 weeks delay on my menstrual periods

Birth control pills usually contain hormones that affect the normal menstrual cycle. The effect starts from the very first menstrual cycle when they are taken and affects every period starting from the first expected after taking the pills.
As for your case, you might miss this period, but if you miss the next period too, then you might want to visit your gynecologist for further tests for any hormonal imbalance.
