My bf takes forever to climax. When he does he feels like passing out, and becomes ill. Is there something wrong? Is there something he/we can do to make things better for him? This really hampers our intimacy. All help is appreciated!

breathe. lol. he might need to take slower deeper breaths as he approaches climax. i have passed out a couple of times due to hyperventilating before climax. also, you might want to talk to a dr. because he could have an underlying problem with heart or lung function.

I think he's blacked out a couple of times. I know orgasming can "take it out of" a guy, but he really becomes exhausted and ill and takes quiet a bit to recuperate. Often he doesn't climax at all, regardless of all attempts! He has no problem maintaining an erection. I've tried different stimulation, including positions, foreplay, erotic talk, using different instruments. He's sexual and appears to enjoy the act itself, and initiates the act. No meds, no emotional problems that I know of, no excessive masterbation. The only other unusual thing about his health that I'm aware of is that he gets extremely moody if he doesn't eat.
