well my problem is i pass blood while passing motion.. which is extremely pain full initially .. now it has been comming up with regualr basis , i also feel that i have gained weight . i also have gass problm ..

another problm i have , that i dont feel like having sex , since i have never done intercourse . so i have never cameaccross with so called word- pleasure or orgasm.

at times i see females in my dreams , which i really dont understnd why . im straight ..

plz
tell me the remedy

When you say passing motion are you talking about masturbation? If yes and you bleed maybe you are scratching yourself?

It sounds like you need a physical since you have gas problems and you don't feel like having sex..

Seeing females in dreams-I guess we all have had some form of fantasy in our lives but it doens't mean we are gay..A womans body is beautiful so what is not to enjoy..I look at everyone and enjoy seeing people who have that light in their eyes-just something I attribute to loving life..

Get the physical and see if you have anything going on..Hormones, labs could be out of whack..best of luck to you..
