Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

The symptoms of passing more gas, having frequent bowel movement, pain in lower abdomen (ovaries killing me) could be due to stomach flu. The symptoms can also be due to any inflammatory bowel condition such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, Celiac disease (gluten intolerance), lactose intolerance or IBS or irritable bowel syndrome. Severe acidity with gastric reflux can also be a cause and so also worms in stool.

The darkening of nipples and sore breast is usually a sign of pregnancy. However this develops after the first missed period. The other possibility is hormonal changes due to polycystic disease of the ovary (PCOS). This can also cause lower abdominal pain.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please discuss these possibilities with your doctor once. Hope this helps. Take care!
