Passed tissue

im around 4 to 5 weeks pregnate and about two day after finding out i started to spott which i no is normal in early pregnacey than the next day i started to bleed. i got scared so i went to the er room, they did blood work and a ultrasound, they said that they saw a sac but it was still to early to tell anything and they saw no heartbeat. later that nigh i passed tissue that was the size of a boucey ball. im still bleeding and worried......did i miscarry
