I have this slight numbness in the face and after reading some articles about brain tumor symptoms, i realise i got one sided ringing too. The ringing comes after me reading the article... it could be there all the time but i didnt notice it.

You all know whats its like to be anxious and i tend to come up with self diagnosis. Per problem visit to the doctor cost a bit.

could it be anxiety... i do not wish to scoot of the the specialist every time i got a problem.

Another thing is that i feel light head / dizzy about once a day these few days. could it be that its caused by anxiety /panic? Im under quite a bit of stress and I cant afford to visit a doctor everytime.

Could it be that the lightheaded is caused bu anxiety attacks? the interesting thing is that i do not feel my heart racing, short of breath, cold hands feet etc(classic symptoms for me)

is it possible to have an attack and feel lightheaded and not have the classic symptoms of it? I have a psy appointment but i missed it.

thanks

When i would have a panic attack i would get a weird tingling in my face, and like around my mouth , or on one side of my face, but they say it is just nerve endings that make you feel like that when you get nervous or have anxiety, But i def, do get your symptoms sometimes

Hello Mazey, thanks for your reply... when you feel this way, does your heart race, hands cold, short of breath or exhibit other symptoms of anxiety attacks?

I didnt have those other main symptoms ( or didnt realise it at all) and thats why i was a bit concerned if it could be something else.
