Partial or full circumcision?

Hey.

I have a appointment next week to do a surgery. My biggest problem is the frenulum, and I will probably have the doctor remove it. But I also have a lot of foreskin, and it may be a bit tight, or if the doctor leave it it may stuck behind the glans when having sex.

If a could choose I would only do a partial circumcision, but I've heard full circumcision is a lot better aesthetically. True?
