I have had on and off partial numbness in the left side of my head accompanied by backpain for the last two weeks and it gets worst when iam working on the internet ( which means sitting). I have also light-headedness. Noises disturb me alot. Prior to this, I had something similar to panic attack in a car which has lasted for 20 minutes. My worry is that last night I felt a vein or nerve pulsing on my back .

I remember I had this almost 20 years ago it left on its own. Should I be concerned too much?

You may want to see your primary care doctor for a physical to rule out any medical issues. If your doctor diagnoses you with a mental disorder, please repost with that information if you need help.
