I am a 21 year old guy and I still can't grow any facial hair--except for 3 or 4 strands that have come and go since I was 17-18.

When I was younger I developed right around the same time as my friends--pubic and armpit hair, larger penis. Now I can't grow any facial hair, actually I have very little body hair. I suspect that my testicles are on the smaller side too.

At first I was not particularly concerned about it. My father said he didn't start shaving till he's late teens but now I just hope there isn't something wrong with me.

I recently found out some members of the extended family have had thyroid gland problems, I've done some research online and it does not seem to be connected.

What do you think? Anything I could do to sprout the facial hair?

PS
I have a healthy sex drive, I ejaculate avg 2-4 times a week.
