Q: Parkinsons stiff feet

I've had the big P since 2003. Last month I started this thing, I think its called festination where when I try to walk my feet stiffen up and I take little fast short steps and have fallen a couple of times. Its tough on the feet. Then I discovered that if I look at my feet when I walk, it doesn't happen. Has this happened to you? Give it a try if you have this problem and let me know.

But look where you're going

Hi moskrat...hanks for sharing your tip. I've read that P can cause stiffness of the arms, legs and trunk. And I found this resource on complementary and alternative therapies for treating the Big P at this link: Parkinson's.
