A hernia in the tummy (parietal hernia)
won’t give you any problems as long as
the hernia can go back and doesn’t stick
(incarceration). A hernia can’t harm the
baby directly in any way even if sticks.
It can harm the baby only indirectly by
hurting the mother when the hernia becomes
complicated with incarceration.
