Has anyone been diagnosed with Hypercalcemia? Also having issues that may be related to gallgladder and just recently passed kidney stones. I didn't know if these could have lead to the problems with the parathryroid. Doc says he will monitor it but has given me no information.

Hello and thank you for posting your medical question on E health forum.

From the history provided it seems that you have hypercalcemia. The most common cause of hypercalcemia is idiopathic and the next most is due to parathyroid enlargement.

Additional information including a thyroid ultrasound and blood tests to detect levels of PTH hormone are very important for assessment of your condition.

In case of idiopathic hypercalcemia, it is usual for primary doctors to observe the condition for a few months and then decide on the course of action.
