i actually neded thi sort of place wher i can actually get in touch with peoples personally and share aproblem of mine and that is i usually get scared of any thing new or unusual happening.Its liek, i know what teh outcome will be but still ia m scared and my heart keeps thumping soo hard as if i am not ready for the situation.I face the situation qite good but my concern i that heart beat - why does it increse soo mu ch that i feel dizzy.I also feel tht i am not gonn makme it up and i cannot control thse sorts o feelings.
plese help me out.

panic!!!!
hey there i write from queensland australia and though i live in 1 of the most layed back and relaxing part of the world ..i still encounter a simular form of panic which i keep from others..!!!i think u have just had just had a few babies u r now a stay at home mum ur confidence is low...!!! but i know thats there more 2 it... i get scared.. i get very scared ...its like how u describe..i can not sleep on my back at night at night as i will wake in a sweat and in a paralized state of fear and it generates from a introdution of something new... what 2 do ?? me not sure but to let u know u r not alone i am dropping this message stay positive stay spiratural..keep any negativety ie people or lifestyle at bay as things seem 2 smooth out eventuatly.
