Hi! I also am very paranoid, pretty much everywhere. I ALWAYS think people are watching me or are going to say or do something to me. Typically if I get in a confrontation or have a serious talk with someone I also twitch (sometimes) but what's really obvious is my blood pressure shooting up and turning my entire neck and chest red. It's really hard to deal with. I'm really sorry I can't give you advice to help get around this. I don't really see a solution for myself either.
