Hi im 15 and i am always feeling like i am being watched and if i see someone for example i see a man in a street i feel like someone sent him to kill me i feel like there are cameras all over the house and everywhere i go, sometimes i hear voices and sometimes see shadows and at school i feel like the teachers have walkie talkies and plan on doing something to me and i really do hate this.

So what do you think?

Honestly, your best bet is to talk to a doctor. I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia a few years ago but after the diagnosis and I got on the right medications things are going so much better. As much as it may suck at the time, talking to professionals is usually the best bet, because if it is schizophrenia there are lots of medication and therapy programs that can help. Also something to keep in mind is that schizophrenia is a degenerative disease, the longer it goes untreated (if you do have it) the chances of it getting worse are higher. The first step in the process would most likely be talking to your family doctor if you have one. They will go through your symptoms with you as well as taking a history and go from there. As I said, I know it sucks but it is best to find out for sure and if needed get on a treatment program. Best of luck to you, and drop another line of you have any other questions or thoughts.
