Hi im 19 year old guy. I have alot of friends and know alot of people. i get along with them just fine, however i know im shy and extremely shy around girls as i always have been, my problem is no matter where i go or what i do i thiink people are watching me , it all started when i would be listening to music i would have it so low that no one could hear it in case they would start to laugh or talk about me, i used to think there were camera set up in my house watching my every move, this has progressed to me being nervous entering shops or public places, and if i do enter with friends i try to hide myself i feel as if everyone is watching me and every move i make. I think it has something to do with being really skinny, is this low confidence or paronia

I think it may be more to do with paranoia. If you feel there are cameras set up in your house then maybe you should go and talk to a psychiatrist about it. It might be something else altogether but best to check it could lead to something more serious.
