i'm really shy and if i have a conversation with someone afterwards i'll sit and go over the conversation in my head for hours making sure i didnt sound like a creep and that happens with everyone i speak to and then i get so scared over other things and they just go round and round my head i can't stand it, i cant think about anything else. i dont know what to do! Please help!

Paranoia can be caused by Marijuana. You realize that there is a problem here but you feel powerless to deal with it. Honestly, the best answer is likely one that you don't want to hear but it is one with the deepest caring and concern that I can give you. You strongly sense that the Marijuana is the culprit here and you are likely right! You also do not feel you can get rid of this habit alone. The best way to deal with this is to be candid with your doctor (who at least in the US is required to maintain confidentiality) and have him suggest a good detox facility. It will be tough but getting on the road to recovery in this will be well worth the difficulties. I wish you the very best and may your recovery be complete and full!

You're emotionally dependent on the drug and continuous use is causing side effects, like the paranoia. You may also be suffering from short-term memory problems, which is also caused by use of this drug. You need to see a doctor and get in touch with a support group to help you deal with this problem.

You could have a few beers/drinks after you get high, should take the edge off. Or you could be stoned less than 24/7, perhaps 12/7, just a thought.

Cannabis Paranoia and Anxiety Advice
I myself used to fit this description almost entirely, I smoked cannabis daily for many, many years, and noticed I had begun to develop serious paranoia issues, although unlike how you describe your conversational issues, my paranoia centered around being attacked on the street, to the point that I would cross the road to avoid every passer by and going out a night seemed almost intolerable. At the time the idea of not smoking cannabis for even a single day seemed almost entirely out o the question, I had a sense that I couldn't face the day, that although I was not addicted, that I would never choose to go a day without it. This I believe was due in part to the slight memory loss, it became difficult to remember and imagine life without it, but then due to supply problems I could not smoke for around 2 weeks, and it was like a spell had been lifted. The paranoia was swift lo leave and I begun to realize life was entirely possible without a joint every 2-3 hours. Although I then continued to smoke for about a week in every month when my work allowed me to, the symptoms were massively reduced, although the occasional anxiety attack does re-occur, especially when caffeine is involved. So, my advice to you is, find a place you can go for a week where it is not possible to get cannabis or literally remove all contact from dealers for the same amount of time and after the first week you will see a remarkable change. But to be honest the first week will not be comfortable, with the last few days being the absolute worst, but the rewards are more than worth it. Hope this helps and good luck Smile

I used to smoke weed 24/7 for about 2 years. I started getting more and more paranoid to the point where I was afraid to go to work and afraid to leave the house. I ended up hospitalized with psychosis. If you are having these paranoid feelings I think quitting smoking pot is the best thing you can do. It can be really hard to quit especially when you smoke all the time (believe me I know) but even if you start by cutting back on your smoking and eventually quit all together you will hopefully notice significant changes in how you are feeling. Take action now before it gets worse. Good luck to anyone who is experiencing this.

Paranoia and Cannabis, ANSWER!!!!!!! SOLUTION!!!!!!!
INFO IF YOU HAVE PARANOIA OR ANXIETY ISSUES WITH CANNABIS:

I have been trying to find a strain of herb that doesn't produce the negative side effects of weed; Paranoia , Anxiety , Racing thoughts (Usually negative), being awkward around others, and being to high to follow a conversation.

The positive effects I like are; euphoric feeling, deeper understanding, clear headed high, overall relaxation, nice body buzz, very social, everything is enhanced, etc.

I have been researching and thought that I needed a strain with high CBD content, since the high THC caused almost schizophrenia like symptoms during my worst highs.

Everyone is different, and I'm sure this only happens to like 5% of cannabis users but maybe more.

Anyway, I found a strain called Purple Dragon with 6% THC and 10% CBD and smoked 2 fat bong rips, expecting it to be extremely weak. Nope, still had the negative effects, mild tho, but negative.

ANSWER TO THIS PROBLEM IS IN THE VAPE TEMP:

The answer is vaping at extremely low temperatures! I tried it last night, and I will keep trying it throughout the week.

I started at 200 degrees F with some high grade purple. Using the easy vape found on ebay for like $40.

-200 f was something but not enough to be considered high. It was fun tho, and tasted extremely delicious. I think I was euphoric just from the taste, ha ha.

I had to bump it up to actually get high, so I went to 230f.

-230 f was next, oh man I got high, and it was all positive, no negative effects! I could actually control my own thoughts and not trip out. All the good aspects of being high, without the crazy bs.

Its like I finally experienced what all of you experience, a fun high without anxiety or worry, totally stress free! Its truly amazing as I have had this problem with weed for years, now I can enjoy Marijuana as it is meant to be enjoyed.

Anyway, this applies to anyone who has problems being to high or (bad highs) and wants a solution.

THE SOLUTION

Get a vape, and vape low, 200f to 230f

as you get more comfortable, increase heat.

Enjoy the flavor, enjoy a 100% positive high without worry, totally stress free.

I have been doing my own studies and experiments with weed for a long time, so email me if you have questions about this topic.
Peace, from the ex-paranoid toker!
