i am 9 weeks pregnant, how many blood test are absolutely necessary? can i refuse pap smears and internal exams?

The pap smears and internal examinations should only be done if utmost necessary during the pregnancy, otherwise they should be avoided as far as possible.

By doing the internal examination, there’s always a risk of transmitting any infection. Hence, you should refuse these examinations. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
