Please help I have been to the doctors that have done a full blood check and nothing come back. They told me, that I am stressed and the anexity is causing me to feel the way I am. It is affecting work and normal day to day things. I feel as if I am going to faint pins and needles in my legs and head. It happens when I am not even worrying about anything. Also hard to breath in and pain in chest.

Hope you can help

Thank you

Danielle

I know how you feel. I always say it's my symptoms that cause me to worry and then panic. I am trying to accept that it is all anxiety. It is hard to do.

panic and anxiety symptoms
hello there, i have been having the exact same symptoms as you and believe me i know they are terrifying! Let me tell you from experience that when the doctors have tested you and say that you're fine, they are right! this is all down to anxiety, take it from me you ARE ok and you WILL get through this. I have suffering with this for 3 months now and when you begin to realise how silly this all is, it will begin to go away and give your life back. Please talk to more if you need help!
