Well yesterday at around 8:50 pm to 9:30 pm i was about have some kind of panic or anxiety attack. i knew i had a problem like this but i actually wanted to pass threw a whole day without an attack since i don't want to rely on any medication, but i failed. i went 18 hours, around that estimation, without medication and felling fine. since the last time i took the medication prior to my attack yesterday it was on Thursday at around 11:55 pm coming back from the hospital since at that time i had a very bad stuffy/tension felling in my head and lucky got it checked with a cat scan, and i was negative on everything, and even before that i was in the same hospital 3 times with other symptoms i felt. well i was reading around threw different websites and im not sure if my symptoms actually match anxiety and panic symptoms. well my symptoms started like this:
1.Started to get a little harder to breath /10nth minute
2.i started to fell dizzy /15th minute
3.i started to fell pain near the heart area /16 minute to 19 minute
4.my hands started to sweat /20th minute
5.started to fell weak /22th minute to 30 minute
6.I started to fell tingle/numbness sensation starting from my hands /31 minute to 40 minute.

All in all i felt like i was slowly dying. i wanted to endure thinking it might go away but it was getting much worse and one of my family members insisted i use my medication, and i did. i use Lorazepam 0.5 MG. afterwards i started to fell mad since i had no control over this at all, and when i cried a bit, that instance my head nerves felt like they where gonna pop, awful felling. i fell like i been having a sinus infection as well, actually, i think i do since i match certain symptoms, but cant do nothing on that as well since i have no doctor or insurance and little money. my only family member that's been supporting me is my brother, sadly hes in ny and works alot, so i have little time to communicate with him. my life from sept 28 to now has been very bad and i havent gotten the answers i really wanted to the conditions i fell. can anyone help? ill give more info if needed thanks.

Im sorry you are feeling like this.
If your asking if its anxiety or panic attacks?
Its actually BOTH!
I have both of them and its all anxiety in your head.
Anxiety will drive you to the point where you feel like your going to die. Everything turns black as your head gets light and your hands sweat and your legs go numb and in an instant.. ploop.. your in the bathroom lunged over the sink splashing cold water on your face. Yea thats right up my ally!

There are medications that can be taken to correct that but I honestly prefer to stay medication free (until now with my womanhood problem)

I have overcome anxiety, depression, bipolar and panic attacks all on my own.
The key thing is to think about what is happening around you. If nothing is happening than say it to yourself!
Nothing is happening, no one is bothering me and I am in a safe location. Why am I flipping out?!
Shake it off, take a few slow breaths. Keep a small brown paper bag with you if you can and when you start to feel like your heart is racing then start to breath in the bag. If you breath too deeply it will make your head feel like its spinning and your going to pass out.
The chest pain is all normal with anxiety disorders.
As well as all of the other symptoms.
I think you are thinking about it too hard.
Have you considered yoga or walking? Even if its just a walk around your house to the back yard, it will get the blood flowing in your body and it will release your tension.
I am here to help you if you want. I know what your going thu!
