After reading your website i feel i might have a panic disorder. I am recently taking my a level exams and i started to stress about them which ended up with me having no sleep feeling sick and a pounding heart and chest pains. I think i have know got over this stress, however i am now stressing about the prounding heart and chest pains thinkin that i might have something seriously wrong with because of these symptoms which leads to more chestpains and a more pounding heart which is really scaring me thinking i might die. hello and welcome. your symptoms in my opinion sound like you are experiencing anxiety attacks. I suffered rom them years ago and would advise you learn brething exercises to help control any further attacks.
if still concerned visit your doctor and see if you can be prescibed medication to help you through.
i used to use kalms available from the chemist/pharmacist. im from uk so our meds have different names. it does get better when you get it under control.
hope this helps you.
