hey guys im 22

I'm pretty sure i suffer from a panic disorder like my dad did when he was young,, as i have every blood test and stomach test done, (even gastrophisky and colonoscopy) and all is negative in terms of anything serious.

Now tonite, trying to think positive that nothings wrong with me, i had a milo, 2 hours later, i felt a bit crook in the stomach, nothing bad, then bang, i went all dizzy, felt like i was gonna faint, went weak in the legs, teeth started chattering, felt weak in the arms, and couldnt stand, and vision was very vivid.

After i took half a valuim im still dizzy, but i feel better, and now ive regained strength and im not cold no more and i have strength in the legs.

When it happenend i thought to my self it could be the sudden drop of sugar level being i had milo, but ive had a milo at the ssame time everytime and i never get this feeling like collpasing feeling...

Now i was worse when i didnt have any tests done and this happened to me, but its still continuing, would ayone think its panic disorder? out of random?

Also another thing, ive developed a pins and needles type itchy pinch lately and it happens randomly all over my body. does nayone know what it could be?

thanks

Anxiety
Definately sounds like a panic attack. They are horrible and make you feel like you are dying, put they pass and there is not any real threat to your body; other than they are miserable to go through....

I take Oxazepam, it is less addicting, and it works almost as good as the more addicting versions.
