I've been getting chest pains for a little over a year now. I got an echo cardiogram done to make sure it wasn't anything serious and they told me it's just my nerves causing severe panic attacks. But why won't they do anything about it? I went to a psychiatrist for a year and then I stopped going because she wasn't helping me at all she told me she wanted to wait 2 or 3 years to put me on medication. If it is causing me pain and it scares me more when it happens, why is no body helping me? I feel like they don't believe me and it's just progressing! What am I suppose to do?!

Panic attacks
It maybe is just your nerves. I had an ECG done a few weeks ago as i have been having similar symptoms. They were inconclusive. Maybe you could start counseling, to just talk your worries out with someone?
Ask yourself these:
Is your diet well balanced or not.
Whats you weight like?
What kind of things make you stressed?

Try and control these things.

Good luck Smile
