I am a 14 year old female. I get panic attacks while under pressure. I normally do not allow other people to see these attacks because I am unsure as to how they would react. While suffering, I am typically breathing quickly and sometimes I go unconscious. I breath into a paper bag sometimes, but other times when one isn't available, I cup my hands and breath into them.
These attacks are usually accompanied by or with self-injury.
Is it possible that certain people I am around can cause me to want to have a panic attack? Or, even foods or environments?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
