I've been getting really bad panic attacks recently, I've passed out a couple of times, and it's really worrying, I can't talk to a teacher because they'll phone my parents, so what do I do, and how can I stop one? I know when I'm going to get one because I go really dizzy and get angry.
I read your question and i understand your concern. Panic attacks can be bothersome. it needs anxiolytics and psychotherapy sessions simultaneously and efforts to relive the stress triggers.
