I think you are dealing with more then one problem here. Am I reading that you wish you were pregnant or that you are happy you are not.
The fear of leaving the house is another issue in itself. I am just wondering why you all of a sudden are having this disorders since you found out you are not pregnant. Without a full story we can not give you the help you need and from what I can see there is alot of missing spaces in you post. We need the whole entire picture so we can help.

I do not want to be pregnant and I am having fears that even if a two blood test come back negative I will still be pregnant no matter what the dr says that it just has to be that way. So I just lay in bed and wait for my appointments. I wont be able to move on until the dr. can show me.

Do you only panic about being pregnant or are there other things? I suffered from severe panic attacks where I would imagine every twitch to be a fatal brain haemorrage or heart attack......it's all in the mind. You have to learn to have a conversation with your brain and be in control of your mind - don't let it play tricks on you. I used to wake up in the night with my heart racing and my hands/feet would start to go numb and i'd think I was dying - I would slow my breathing and just picture myself getting up to go to work the next day absolutely fine - because in my heart I new that's what i'd be doing. It helps put things in perspective and helps you get out of 'the moment'.
