have any of you ever been told that your hormones are involved in your anxiety? I just had my 3rd baby five months ago and the panic attacks started right after my first menstrual cycle.

I believe hormones have a lot to do with panic attacks
I have been having problems with panic attacks for about ten months now. And although the doctors do not confirm this I believe that it all started when I stopped taking the birth control pill. I was taking it for six years. I believe that something is wrong hormonally. I become a mess a few days before and a few days after my period. Caffeine seems to be lethal also. I started taking Kampo Chinese medicine and it seems to be helpful. I stay away from any other medication.
