Help, I'm panicking.

plz answer me , really panic :S :S

In all me relationships, I have what I believe to be a panic attack. When we are being intimate kissing, cuddling ect I get hot all over, a coughing sensation, pins and needles and in most cases I need to go to the toilet and vomit. I have no idea why this is happening and it has occured in every relationship I have been in! I am 29 years old and I now avoid relationships because this continues to hapen. I am too embarrassed to talk to anyone about this problem!!!

Hi Mook44...I don't know if you are a male or female so I have to guess...Are you afraid of rejection?...Or possibly something in your past has triggered this...Have you ever had a drink to settle you down to see if this helps?...I don't encourage drinking, however, in your case this may help you....Why get nervous?...Your partner is probably just as worried as you are..Relax and enjoy....Take care...
