i am having trouble swallowing anything solid it seems to meet a small opening in my esophagus approximately 13 to 15 mm in diameter then it regurgatates up from there ????

If this swallowing difficulties last more than a few days you should seek for a prompt medical attention.
This may be temporary and disappear on its own, but, more frequent is due to disorders that damage any part of the body that is involved in swallowing—muscles, nerves, or brain.
You may have narrowed or blocked esophagus (tumor), or esophagus with abnormal muscle wall contractions.
Neurological disorder like Parkinson's, or systemic disease like systemic slerosis, can be a reason for this problem.
Many chronic acid reflux sufferers that has acid back up in the esophagus for years, eventually develop swallowing difficulties.

Visit your physician for complete evaluation!
