Pancreas pain and menstration: Why premenstral I am fine, no pain blood sugars under 130, but as soon as I hit that "terrible" week blood sugars are 250-500 and the pancreatitis kicks in and hurts so bad. I keep asking Dr about it and they all keep telling me there is no connection, I say there is.

My wife has noticed a connection as well. They experienced pancreas pain with pregnancy of all three of our children. Now that she can no longer get pregnant, she experiences pancreatic pain when she is just finishing her period. Seems to us that her hormones have something to do with it. Her current GI doc has stated that there is some evidence of a connection but it isn't well established yet.
