I need advice! 29 y/o white female. Started having palpitations and dizziness about 4 months ago. Frequency was about once every two weeks sometimes once a week. Last Tuesday I woke up and my stomach wasn't "right". No vomiting or diarrhea. No temp. About 10:30 am started having palpitations again. This is the order the symptoms come in: palpitations, short of breath, dizziness, headache, shaky and causes me to feel drained of energy, pain in center of my chest at times.. Went to ER and the doc said everything looked normal..labs, ekg, cat scan. Said he didn't know what was wrong with me. Do these symptoms look familiar to anyone? They did a tilt test and my B/P shot up, but that was all. Still having these problems and don't know what to do...?..

The sequence you describe is palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, headache and feeling shaky. Palpitations (which are subjective sensations) are due to various medical problems, but one has to make a diagnosis. A resting electrocardiogram may not show the problem.
I would suggest that you discuss with your doctor having a 24 or 48 hour electrocardiographic study (Holter monitor), preferably hooked up while you are having the palpitations.
I don't know how a tilt table study would help, nor am I sure why a CT scan was done and what it assessed. At your age coronary heart disease would be quite unlikely. Please be aware that I am unable to diagnose medical conditions online.
