for the past few days now i have had palpitaions, a few times throughout each day, iv suffered with these in the past and had an ECG, the ECG told my doctor it was slightly slow but otherwise normal, but this was when i was 14, im 25 now, at the minute i can feel a dull ache in my chest, and i often get pain under my left arm and a feeling of weight on my chest, im getting dizziness, short of breath, ridiculously tired, ringing in my ears and generally just feeling miserable because of it, now iv suffered with stress for years on end and get very easily stressed! not sure if this is the cause but the only thing im stressing about at the minute is this problem!! i noticed when i was 12 after a physical education lesson at school that my resting heart rate was much lower than everyone elses! never said anything tho as at 12 i was abit too scared what it could mean! anyway as i said im now 25, i have a 2year old who keeps me on my toes, do excersive when i get the chance, i eat well, sleep well etc i suffer also from constant aneamia which with they diet i have i cant really understand and my doctors just fob me off with iron tablets tho i say i eat right! my resting heart rate now is 52, which for someone like myself i know is not good, if i was an athlete maybe but im not exactly that active, could anyone maybe provide any insight?? pleasssse answer someone, as this is starting to worry me now x

I think i recognise your problem & it is thyroid related. I have had this issue & there can be a way to fix it but it will take a lot of work & understanding from you. Check out the educational site ithyroid.com & i will explain how all this can relate. Ultimately you are probably magnesium deficient But you don't just take magnesium or you will cause a inbalance some where else. Also i believe your iron tablets should be supplimented with other minerals otherwise you won't absorb the iron properly & it could actually deplete other minerals. God Bless you, I will post here or send a message via this site to help you!

Cant believe this question. I have the same feeling as you. I also had a thyroid lump which was removed 6 weeks ago. I am on no medication as I was told I didnt need to be as I had the goiter and only half my thyroid removed.

hello dianna & lockups, look up ithyroid.com search deep in this as it has some good info on how to recognise your problems & how to balance them. send me a private message by clicking my picture & then send a message. even though i am watching this post it doesn't always notify me of a new posting. i feel i might be able to guide you & teach you how you can manage this through nutritional balancing.
God bless.
