Over the last few weeks i have noticed a string of small cyst like lumps on the inside of my labia and one on the opening of my vagina with no change in size.

I have no pain and when i say cyst like i just mean small pale fleshy lumps with no fluid, and no itchyness either. i attempted to scratch one off and when i examined it it bled and just looked like skin. i have primary lymphoedemia and was wondering if i should be worried. i also have started to get cramp in my stomach had unexplained weight gain and lots of visits to the loo.

I had a std screen last year and it was clear i also have had a smear test and that was clear too.
