Since I was around 12, I've been finding pale brown or pinkish blotches between my breasts, on my upper stomach and sometimes on my neck. They fade for a certain amount of time then return. They aren't itchy or dry, and they don't desensitise my skin, they just look unpleasant. Any ideas on what this could be?
