Q: pains in eyes and back of brain

I have been experiencing pains in the back of my head on the left side I took a claritan and it releived the pressure for some time however, it comes back. I can feel it in my gums and eyes and head.

Sounds like a sinus headache that could even be a sinus infection. You should see your doctor and get it checked out. In the mean time, oral decongestants (but don't use them too much because they can make things worse) and a hot steamy shower. Breathe in the steam and it will help some.
