please help me. Im so worried.
Im 16, and im fairly active, and play a lot of music.
I recently got diagnosed with migraines, which i can deal with and are perfectly acceptable, and managable. However, recently i started getting these weird pains in my chest, almost like a throbbing sensation. Also, i get and awful numbness/tingling in my arm. Are my migraines and this connected? Im so sorry, i need some re-assurance im not going to die. Iv seen 2 GP's and they said my blood pressure was normal. It seemed so innacurate, and so "I just want to go home" from them. Somebody please help, i have exams in a few months that will effect the rest of my life, re-assure me im not going to die... please.

Hi and welcome to the forum! I am glad that I can help you.

You would like to know whether the symptoms that you experience are something serious to worry about.

Usually young individuals experience heart disease-like symptoms although there isn't any underlying medical condition. They experience these symptoms due to lack of sleep, consumption of alcohol and coffee, or anemia. This condition is normal and usually not followed by any medical condition.

Given the data that you described, it does not seem likely that you experience these symptoms due to heart issues. Get at least a minimum 8 hours sleep per night. Avoid consumption of tea and coffee because they affect the brain system by keeping them awake. Consume vitamins such as those from the B-complex group. You may consider having complete blood count to rule anemia. You may also need to have an ECG to rule out any heart issues.

Please keep in mind that I provide medical information only. I am not able to diagnose medical conditions online. Please contact your doctor for further advice and information about diagnosis and treatment of your current condition.
