Pains in chest and shortness of breath

You have totally explained exactly what i go through the amount of times i have been to A and E because of it and they have sent me home saying it was just anxiety are uncountable. I always get chest pain, a numbness in my arm and my lips tingle. I also suffer palpitations which are horrendous i wudnt wish them on anyone. I havent unfortunatly got any methods as i struggle with this myself but for the shortness of breath what i do is sing, this way i prove to myself that im not actually short of breath its all in my head because i wudnt be able to sing and i would have passed out by now. This helps calm me down loads. Sorri i couldnt be of much more help xx
