uhm.. okay. so for the past several months i have been having terrible back pain and i did go get it checked out and fixed but still hurt like no other. It hurts as if someone is shoot a needle or something from my nerves. My back pain also comes with random pains throughout my body for example one day ill just be in class and a sevre pain shoots in my forearm or pinky. pain usually lasts about a couple mins and than goes away. Sometimes pain repeats in the same area other times it happens somewhere else. My breathing also has become kinda different. i start to have random chest pains and i find myself having to remind myself to breathe. And just lately for the past couple weeks my hair has been falling out more than usually. This whole time, ive been just tellin myself its stress because i have been told i have to much stress for my age. and i hate to be a bother but i was just curious to see if my prediction is right? that it is just stress.

hello it sounds like stress but also an underlying nerve problem that needs re-checked. Your breathing problem also sounds like panic attacks stress again a common denominator and they can cause the chest pains. my own hair eg; is also thinning due to being a chronic pain sufferer and my medication doesnt help but need it.
i would advise you get the nerve checked again you had fixed and find some relaxation classes to learn to control your breathing. i usualy burn a lavender candle or pot pourri incense helps me relax. hope this helps you in some way.
