Q: pains at 24 weeks pregnant

hey im 24 weeks and 3 days pregnant and 2 nights ago i had really sharp pains in my belly that i culdnt move and everytime i did move they got worse,they now just come and go and some feels like my period and i started to shake when i got them, i have a bit of back pain aswell, and my discharge has started to smell, (sorri if it sounds disgussting) am i in labour???

Its possible that you are in labour brought on by an infection,smelly discharge ussually sugests an infection but could also just be the infection causing the pain i really hope youve sought help good luck Smile
