Yesterday I developed one small lump under my tongue. At first it was red and increased in size, at its largest reaching only slightly bigger than inflamed taste bud. It was slightly sore then, but only when I poked it with my tongue. It then got smaller, turned white, and does not hurt at all. It isn't very hard.

Then last night I developed a second, slightly smaller one, right beneath it. It is much less noticeable than the first, but still definitely there. It also does not hurt.

I am wondering what these could possibly be. Any suggestions? I don't think they're herpes because they don't hurt at all. At first I thought it was probably a canker sore, but then I developed the second one a day later. Advice?
