Q: Painless lumps on labia

Hi have had some mild tenderness around my labia and a mild UTI recently. This evening I have noticed two small painless lumps on my labia. I have been with my partner for 5 years. I am very concerned about this. Any pictures and descriptions I can find on the web don't seem to help. I have recently moved to a new area and made an appointment with my GP but will have tp wait nearly 3 weeks to see him. Please advise!
