Background:
I am 21 years old.
I have up to very recently not had any sexual contact of any kind.
The symptoms I am experiencing existed long before I was at all sexually active.
I have masturbated regularly since I was about 12-13 I don't remember but during grade school so probably 12-13.
I am uncircumcised.
Issue:
The head of my penis has been extremely sensitive since I can remember starting to masturbate. It is not pleasureful in any way touching it gives me a large amount of discomfort. I have masturbated by stimulating the shaft and using the foreskin as a shield allowing me to indirectly stimulate myself without actually touching the head of my penis. In the last few months this has become worse, it has become increasingly harder for me to orgasm/ejaculate. I have no problems with getting or mantaning an erection I simply cannot climax easily, and it seems to be getting worse. I also often experience discomfort when urinating specifically after I masturbate. About one year ago I had a routine physical partly as an excuse to talk to a doctor and ask about this. He said that perhaps I was irritating my penis causing pain while urination after masturbation.
Along with the difficulty in archiving orgasm/ejaculation I also feel like lately my overall sense of pleasure at being aroused has greatly decreased, although I can easily get erections the general feel of warmth and arousal that I remember in the groin area no longer occurs. The parts of my penis which used to respond pleasurefuly to stimulation also seem to be getting less sensitive.
Finally:
I have recently within the last month become sexually active; note my symptoms existed long before this.
This issue is getting to be very frustrating, masturbation is now difficult and not very rewarding and sexual contact is also uncomfortable and mildly painful due to the sensitivity in the glans.
I have searched on the internet and have not found many if any people with a similar issue as this, I would like to know if anyone knows of what this might be, or if there is any way to fix this. I am also wondering if this is a sign leading to some other more serious condition.
