Q: painfull left side and bloated abdomen

left side lower abdomen is very painfull and my abdomen is very bloated or extended most of the time. what can cause this?

Unfortunately, there are numerous potential causes of chronic abdominal pain and bloating (some of them are serious, and some of them are not serious). The only way of determining the cause, or causes, of your symptoms is to be evaluated by a physician, I'm afraid.
