I have a history of painful wind possible IBS and possible stomach ulcer/PCOS. I have been given tablets to help reduce stomach acid but they seemed to make things worse so I stopped taking them. Over the past 2 days I have had agonising pain from wind, like whatever is passing through me is going to burst out of whatever it is in. I woke up today and have been feeling famished! I had some rice and a slice of cheesecake just 10 mins ago but I am absolutely starrrrrrrrrrving still, it really burns.HELP! mI might eat myself into my grave tonight I'm that hungry grrrrrrr and I eat pretty well so it's not that I haven't been eating, I am deff not pregnant either (just incase people suggest I might be)

Hungry pains are suggestive for stomach problems such as gastritis and ulcer.
